⏱ Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once dispatched. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Engraving orders require an additional business day. During peak periods such as sales or public holidays, dispatch times may be longer.

🎁 Order Packaging

By default, we ship with Sustainable Packaging which consolidates items into one eco-friendly box without gift bags or notes.

At checkout, you may also choose:
FREE Gift Packaging – Each item is placed in a Pandora box, with a recyclable gift bag and printed gift message.
Premium Gift Packaging (A$9.95) – Pink or white gift bag, tissue paper, and note. Fits up to two bracelet boxes or four charm boxes. Items are not pre-packed inside.

This applies to Standard Shipping and Collection Point Shipping. No minimum spend is required. Not valid for Physical Gift Card delivery orders. No coupon code is required. This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
